2010 for the amendment to §270-215 of Chapter 270 of the Code of the Town of
Rotterdam entitled, “Erosion and Sediment Control,” and §270-5 of Chapter 270
entitled “Definitions” of the Code of the Town of Rotterdam.
282.10 Adopt Local Law No. Twelve (12) of the Year 2010 for the following purpose:
To amend §270-215 of Chapter 270 entitled “Erosion and Sediment

285.10 Call for public hearing to be held on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at
the John F. Kirvin Government Center, Town Hall, 1100 Sunrise Boulevard,
Rotterdam, New York 12306 for the following purpose:

286.10 Authorize and approve the modification of the “Town of Rotterdam Purchasing Policy
and Procedures.”
287.10 Authorize the Town Attorney to enter into a Settlement Agreement in the matter of
Ulisse and Paolina Battista vs. Town of Rotterdam Index # 2010-1610 Article 7 tax
proceeding for the tax year 2010.

288.10 Authorize the Supervisor to amend the contract between the Town of Rotterdam and
Barton & Louidice, P.C. located at 2 Corporate Plaza, Albany, New York 12203, in
connection with engineering services for the Rotterdam Junction Water Storage Tank
Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $9,200.00.
289.10 Authorize the Supervisor to release retainage in the amount of Thirty Thousand One
Hundred and One and 27/l00 ($30,101.27) Dollars to Carver Construction in
association with completion of the Rotterdam Junction Water Tank Improvement
Project.
290.10 Authorize the Supervisor to release retainage in the amount of Fifty one Thousand
Nine Hundred and Fifty Five and 00/l00 ($51,955.00) Dollars to Carver Construction
in association with completion of the Masullo Estates Drainage Improvement Project
(Contract A).
291.10 Authorize the Supervisor to release retainage in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Six
Hundred and Eighty Nine and 20/l00 ($17,689.20) Dollars to Carver Construction in
association with the Masullo Estates Drainage Project (Contract B Paving).
292.10 Authorize the repair of the Ceramic room entrance/exit located at the Rotterdam Senior
Citizens Center in an amount not to exceed $2,323.18. The funds have been donated
from the estate of Sally Hahn line item # A2705-2705.00, Senior out-reach program.
293.10 Authorize the transfer of gas expenditures for various Town departments.
294.10 Budget transfers by the Town Comptroller to various accounts.
