ok finally I know who to ask.....Ron where excatly does one buy those mirrors from the fairs? I need one that take of 30-40 pounds and I think looking about 6'5" would be great....... |

Your sources are wrong - first, you don't need a resolution to be appointed Second Deputy Clerk. The appointment of a First, Second, and/or Third Deputy Town Clerk needs only a letter of appointment signed by the Town Clerk. A resolution of the Town Board is only needed to set the compensation for the First, Second, and/or Third Deputy Town Clerk. Mrs. Esposito only appointed me as Second Deputy Clerk to fill in for the First Deputy Clerk (who is on her honeymoon) .. to fill at the Special Town Board Meeting. This appointment was without compensation. The whole matter was VERY transparent. The letter of appoinment was read aloud at the start of the Special Town Board meeting. Again, you folks need to stop letting your mind wander to conspiracy thinking. |
