Shhh....this happened just 2 blocks from SS Savage's "miracle". More like a taxpayers nightmare. In 7 years this horrible Mayor has done nothing to address exploding crime and gang violence. Even better...doesn't mention it. In typical Schenectady style has his googles on and looks the other way. Problem? What problems?

It makes great fish wrap. Surprised they mentioned it at all since it goes against there "Downtown is perfect" mantra. $100 million dumped on 2 blocks of State St, zero jobs created, and no sales tax increase.
