You really are a rude b**ch Diane
Peeper is a woman? Wow. what class. I was totally picturing a 30 something man with a beer belly, wearing sweatpants living in his mamas basement. I mean with the name "peeper" and the lack of class, could you blame me? Anyway, who wants some cookies?!?!?!!! |

Peeps is a disgruntled former politician, ignore her - and welcome to Rotterdam! |

The jury s still out on that. I am not so sure she/he is who a lot of people think she is. All we do know is that she/he is pretty much the official voice of the local town democraps. That really IS their attitude. |

Answer my question....where was the NNTP, Gadfly, and all you other apologetics for Gadfly over the Masullo Drainage issue that my tax dollars paid for???? A Carolina Lazzari grant? A John Mertz/Mike OConnor/ alias' Mr NNTP candidates boondoggle is brewing. Have at it KD.
No new tax party my arse. A bunch of phoney Gadflys if you ask me. Read the post BT...they have an offer that was accepted.....there is probably no potential house buyer. Another NNTP/Gadfly scam...... if you ask me.
you are exactly right about the NNTP....THEY WERE NO F'EN DIFFERENT THAN THE TOWN GUMBAS OF THE DEMS/REPS......however.... atleast they touched onto the Tea Party movement spirit.....I just hope folks keep filling the train with fuel...... as for the present gumbas....AGAIN...I havent' seen any difference from the last gumbas.......in Rotterdam it's the Hatfields and the McCoys...... |

The difference with the DelGallo administration is that we actually see TANGIBLE progress being made. Capitol Plaza eyesore - torn down and being replaced by a new restaurant and a bank. The Edgewood eyesore coming down to make way for a new bank. The Draper School eyesore being recreated into a first of its kind in the nation -- apartment complex for Disabled American Veterans. Real progress being made to finally turn the "Bonded Concrete site" into a passive use park. Real progress being made to revitalize Rotterdam Jct. All this in just 9 short months in office -- and the BEST IS YET TO COME !!!!! |

And yet our taxes are as high as ever....hmmmm...and promise they made to reduce them. We need another gin mill, two more banks (for those of you who still have money to put in a savings account) and a park. YUP REAL PROGRESS! I only agree with the Veterans Housing because of the eyesore that the building they will be using has become. |

NOOOOOOOOOOOO.........the dems REFUSED to work with the taxpayers in rotterdam because it was controlled by reps....plain and simple!!! Ya know, that 'working together thingy'? So it's all about politics and NOTHING about the taxpayers!! But don't be soooo damn quick to toot the dem's horn! The dems swarmed the TH, and have cost the taxpayers MORE money!! Between their 'special secretary' to an absent fraudulent town clerk, to campaigning and promising property tax relief, which no one has seen yet, to hiring financial companies from clifton park to handle the finances, to taxpayer'smoney funding a PRIVATE sale gin mill!!!!! BBL and the Metroplex could have accomplished this same outcome a long time ago, but chose to wait until the dems were in office. THAT IS BULLSH!T! And don't be too quick to boast about Edgewood either.........that is just a RELOCATION!!!! One empty store front in exchange for another!! ROTTERDAM PEOPLE AREN'T THAT STUPID!!! So now that the dems are in control of rotterdam, crime is on the rise, gin mills are being raised and businesses are are relocating with rotterdam boarders! Watch out you rotterdamians.........the city's blight is on it's way!!! And KD, good luck with your new home purchase. Is it still in Rotterdam or elsewhere in the county? |
