Here are some words of wisdom from one of my heroes - Theodore Roosevelt.  As we kick of the
fall campaign season, i offer it as a "toast" to all those of every party who are running for the various
offices on the ballot.

and for those who perpetually criticize those in public office , I offer President Roosevelts words :

true it takes a strong person to stand before us but it takes an even stronger one to open their soul to us and tell us the true direction

also remember to never have hatred over politics and religion

Keynesian Economics is really working.  $787,000,000,000 in stimulus = 9.6% unemployment.  I guess the poor do not create jobs.

It think I read about that in Animal Farm.  Everybody's equal, just some are more equal than others.  

More feel good rhetoric.  

How can you steal from the poor when they're all on welfare funded by the Reps who fund the program thru their high taxes.

Republicans don't pay taxes - remember that is the government entitlement that they got
tax shelters and tax cuts.

DVOR you have it all wrong the Democrats don't pay their taxes, just look how many of them had to be kicked out of the Obama administration for failure to pay taxes and some still in Congress like Rangel. Daschle and Geitner are just a few are a few that just forgot to pay their taxes and Kerry tried to get out of paying Mass. high docking and sales taxes. The Reps got tax breaks and with them they employ people and they in turn pay taxes and the world goes on and the economy grows. Fact is the most taxes are paid by the top 5% of the richest people in the USA so your facts don't add up.

people have what they have because they have what they have.....if they complain or choose to allow someone else to 'fix it' for them:

1. envy
2. jealousy
3. greed
4. laziness

etc etc......does that mean someone is poor.....poor by what standard....that is very subjective......because any person in ANY CLASS has voiced the above

when these are voiced by a person/people....someone else will own you......rich/poor......

there should be a flat tax......
