A lot more of Obama's selections for positions would be approved if he would appoint moderate selections instead of the radicals he's been appointing.

So according to Shadow... Obama should appoint radical Right Winger Conservatives the way GWB did.

It's called CHANGE!

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Both sides should appoint moderates not radicals to the far left or far right. The majority of the population is slightly right of center and appointees should lean slightly left or right.

Shadow... If the country were "right of center" then John McCain would have been elected.

The word MODERATE to me may be an ultra radical to you.   IMO Obama is appointing mostly moderates.

McCain is not right of center or he would have never backed Bush's illegal immigration bill that failed. McCain is a RINO and changed his ways to try and get re-elected under false pretenses. We need Democrats and Reps that are conservative and really care about what happens to this country and start balancing the Federal, State, and local budgets and learn to operate on the money they have.

You can call them obstructionist all you want.  How will it play out in November?  I think opposition to Obama's radical judge appointments may be the winning strategy in November for Republicans.  But...If it isn't the winning strategy in November, the Democrats will hold on to their majority to continue to take the nation down the path Obama is taking it.  Obstructionism and grid lock is EXACTLY what the majority Americans want.  It's what you call voter remorse after Novermber 2008 elections.  Just look at the right track wrong track polling.  66% of Americans believe we are heading in the WRONG direction as a nation.  Obstructionism is a winning position.
