As I said, in that regard they looked at his pro-gay marriage stance and that one issue probably made him number one and besides, Jennings is viewed as a right winger of sorts with the liberal democraps.

In the middle of the worst deficit in City history this Mayor keeps going around picking up fiscal awards. First Las Vegas and now from the Metroland rag. He refuses to cut spending. Look for another huge City tax increase to go with the school tax increase.
