And it was OBVIOUS that you were pin pointing only ONE of those businesses.....4 corners pizza!!
If I had meant to pinpoint 1 business - I would have mentioned mentioned the name. The Amedore signs are on the fence -- which is around the building -- which is what I was referring to. |

Well, the primary is over, and George won, so people will rally around him and he will win handily. Congratulations, George! Now go beat those demo-cons. |

He may have won in Schenectady County, but do the numbers we're looking at tonight include all of Montgomery County also? |

I looked all over and can't find ANY results for Montgomery County. I don't think they post results on-line and I don't know if the news coverage is including Montgomery County numbers or not. I hope that the People's Gazette has the time to check the numbers from Montgomery County tonight anddidn't just "check with the people" ahead of the vote like they've been known to do before. |

I was at the polls about 6 PM or so tonight and Mr. Amedore was there. I don't believe he lives in any of the districts that would have been at my polling place, but it did seem to me that he may have been campaigning right in the gym at OLQOG. Either that or he was checking the books to see who came, and don't people usually send their underlings to check things like that? |

Mr Amedore lives in District 23 .. and that district votes at Pine Grove Fire House. It is illegal for candidates or anyone to campaign at a polling place. And, yes, most campaigns send workers .. not the candidate .. to canvass the polling places. |

So, the fact is that there's no actual results from Montgomery County, since the numbers on WTEN is actually LOWER than the Schenectady County numbers, so that's probably where they got the numbers at some former time. |

46 out of 114 precincts ... that must be Rotterdam (25 precincts) and the rest of Schenectady County in the 105th.
Maybe, Montgomery County is holding back its vote returns .. to see how many votes the candidate they prefer needs to win ?? (they do that in Illinois and Texas) |

105TH ASSEMBLY DISTRICT Amedore victorious in GOP primary BY JUSTIN MASON Gazette Reporter
George Amedore Jr. fended off a primary challenge by Rotterdam Town Board member Gerard Parisi to secure the Republican nomination for the state Assembly’s 105th District. The incumbent assemblyman from Rotterdam handily carried the vote in Schenectady County, topping his challenger by a margin of nearly 2 to 1, according to unofficial results provided by the county Board of Elections. Only a fraction of the tally in neighboring Montgomery County had come in shortly before midnight, but it appeared similar to the margin Amedore secured in Schenectady County. “I am humbled and honored to once again represent the Republican Party,” Amedore said Tuesday. Parisi could not be reached for comment. Amedore will go on to face Democrat Angelo Santabarbara during the general election He said the primary challenge from Parisi has energized his campaign and he expects the momentum to propel him to victory in November. .................>>>>...........................>>>>...............http://www.dailygazette.net/De.....r01100&AppName=1

Now if GP is smart and really wants to make a difference rotterdam, he should take FS's spot in running for rotterdam's tb. He has a better chance of winning than FS. IMHO |
