sally-- What did Salamone get from the town or any government? I'm confused, because Salamone rents from Parisi he is unable to say there should be no nepotism in town hall? Doesn't make sense.

Zorro, you said you already know how much Parisi made from these organizations. Which is it? Do you know know or don't you?

Don’t be surprised if, like Governor Paterson’s proposal on Ethics Reform http://www.legislativegazette......r_ethics_reform.html , Deputy Supervisor Robert Godlewski offers an amendment to the Rotterdam Ethics Code to require lawyers serving as local legislators to reveal their clients and income derived from those clients.  After all, someone has to be the taxpayer watchdog!

Seems to me that would flush out exactly how much income the Platt Parisi and Sacoccio firm does with Golub, REMS, Rotterdam Ventures, Rotterdam Fire Districts, etc…

Zorro = zero credibility Spidey...just spouts of lies that cant prove.  When you call it out they go to the next lie.  Thats the beauty of their blogging they can hide behind their little screen names cause they too weak to say anything publicly.  Just like the dem flyers that said attys made 500k as town attys.  Completely false but that wont stop GA from doing the same negative, false campaigning...thats really all he has.  Let me guess Zero...your not connected to the same peep...BG ..that put out those flyers last time...hahahahaha

Unfortunately in politics, trumped up allegations is part of the game, it would probably be best that GP produce the records to dispel the alegations.  There is a grain of truth to the allegation, GP did do work for the name companies.  How much money was made?  That's the question.

This is America Cissy. And in America you are not required to prove that allegations are false. The one making allegations is required to prove allegations are true. We are still waiting for Zorro to prove the truth of his allegations.

Yes, this is America.  But for someone like yourself that follows politics, you understands that GP's concern right now is getting as many people to pull the lever for him on primary day.  If a voter believes that there is truth to those numbers, and there is nothing to counter that claim, he/she may pull that lever for GA.  In American politics, sometimes it is best for a candidate to prove allegations false.  Do I believe those numbers are completely accurate? No.  Do I believe there in the ballpark?  Yes. I believe there was a HUGE conflict of interest as town attorney AND the Town Republican Party Chair and some of his clients that dealt with the town board while the Republicans were the controlling majority while he held both of those positions.JMO

spidey...lets play by their rules.   GA hangs out at truck stops and dresses as a transvestite...just a trumped up allegation that GA should have to prove now according to these rules!   Absurd.

Greeny...those allegations are absurd.  Fact is, GP DID represent REMS, Golub, acted as town attorney, and the others Zorro mentioned, and was paid well for those services.  How well is the only point of contention.  Unless you are making the assertion that GP never represented these clients while working as town attorney and party chair, then make that claim.

Remember, GP and and gang tried to allege GA tried to use his influence to get a zoning change to develop property.  The argument has been - who profited more from their position in politics and government, GA or GP? I believe it is GP, but how much profit is the question.

Well again Cissy you seem to know sooo much.  As far as I know GP didnt represenr REMS but after he was done at the town and only for one limited engagemnet.  But you must know better.  And his firm apparantly does do work for Golub...I guess they must have a good firm.  Never repd both at same time like Andy Brick and little God with their zone changes this year...talk about conflicts!!

And if how much profit is the question Id say 99k for a WHOLE FIRM of attys with no benes or pension is probably not to bad a price for Rott seeing that Metroplex paid their attys over 600k in a year....but you seem to be ok with that one cause Ray Gillen isnt running against your boy GA....love the hypocrasy on this bloooog.

Frist of all Gerard, Bob doesn't talk down to us the way you did and do!  You're arrogant and nobody likes you, we tolerate you because we have no choice.

As for the information that you will, in due time, get to have your name all over, I am sure they will include all money paid out on every line, not just your "contract" amount.  I am sure they will include all billings from firms that have a Parisi as a partner

Good luck this election, you're going to need it!

I have to agree with Zorro, Bob doesn't talk down to anybody, just over them, rantting and rave about how smart he is and when an informed resident stands up, he turns to the atty's and winks for them to say, "the board will not be answering questions in this form", to funny Zorro if you are trying to discredit anybody in politics, find a better politician to put on a pedestal......
