ROTTERDAM -- Two men were arrested after allegedly stealing cash and video games Monday afternoon from a home on Augustine Avenue, town police said.

     
A neighbor said two men approached the home several times and on the third time climbed through a window at the front of the house. The neighbor called police, and cops said they saw the two men leave the rear of the house and run through neighboring yards.

Several video games and cash from the home were recovered. The men, Shairon T. McLaurin, 25 of Union Street, Schenectady, and Bushard D. Garland, 21, of Southern Boulevard, Albany, face charges of second-degree burglary, grand larceny and criminal mischief.

Both men were arraigned in Rotterdam Town Court and taken to the Schenectady County Jail.
