First....the teacher got caught with drugs. For that he is guilty.

Second........the cops over stepped their authority. They showed NO CAUSE to check his car and shouldn't have unless they had a warrant for just cause!!

Third........almost sounds like the teacher was 'set up'.

The way the article is written, it sounds like an illegal search and seizure, which if that's the case, legal charges should be dropped.  The school district on the other hand should still dismiss him.  He did have crack in his possession, regardless of how it was discovered.

Right, but the UNION will make sure he gets welllllll taken care of. In private industry he would have been immediately canned, BEFORE trial.

I winder how WMurray feels about this guy, unless he IS this guy.
