Rotterdam woman faces felony charge
    SCHENECTADY — A Rotterdam woman faces a felony, accused of damaging a man’s video game equipment and car, authorities said.
    Chelsea Lockrow, 19, of Duanesburg Road, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, along with misdemeanor assault and aggravated harassment.
    Lockrow is accused of damaging the game system and car May 3 on Avenue B, injuring the man with an ash tray and threatening him and his dog, according to papers filed in court.
