People do not hate EE, people are pi$$ed because she left town and still collected
a salary (Something DVOR was licking his chops to be able to do). Her family and
the DEMS allowed it to go on for over a year, collecting $53K+.

Mr. DVOR is Ron Severson, a 24 hour deputy town clerk.  He wasn't wanted or
needed at town hall (even though he will tell you different).

There was no conspiracy that can be proven.  EE herself committed the notary
fraud for a dead person three years in a row.  (DVOR says conspiracy but has
no proof, unless of course he was in on it).  

DVOR will never tell you the truth about anything.  As my late father used to
say "he talks like a man with a paper a$$hole".

One cannot "be" set up when notarizing a document.   You have NOT provided the tiniest, the teeniest, the slightest shred of proof of your comment that someone set her up   If you were an honest person, you would provide proof.  No proof means its a lie.

DV, if you had HALF a brain, you know know that a notary CANNOT, ABSOLUTELY CANNOT be set up.   Let me provide an idea of the most wild imagination on the face of this earth. let's say HYPOTHETICALLY, that someone did try to set her up.   It would absolutely positive NOT be possible if she obeyed the law!


In the legal world, in the world of law, a notary is required to have her person appear before the notary IN PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    And the notary MUST PERSONALLY WITNESS the signature.     EE did NEITHER.  

DV, do you even know the typical lingo in a document to be notarzied?

It's typically this:

"On this ____ day of    [month]   in the year ______,  before me, the undersignd, personally appeared              name of person             personally known to me or proved to me  on the  basis of satisfactory evidence to be the individual ..."


A notary affixes his/her signature to the document where that statement is written and the notary stamp.    

SO, DV, those words "personally appeared"    Please explain to us how a deceased person PERSONALLY APPEARED in front of EE.   Tell us HOW EE WITNESSED the signature??????    Huh?????   Just explain that.


And tell us HOW she could be set up??????    Even IF someone brought the document to her and gave a big sob story in order to set her up, EE COULD NOT IN ANY WAY, MANNER, SHAPE, OR FORM be set up...   IT IS TOTALLY 10000% IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!     She had an obligation to say "no, I'm sorry, I cannot do this, no matter what, I am a public official, I took an oath, I must follow the law regarding notarizing a document, so and so is not personally here before me as the law requires, I am unable to personally witness so and so's signature, therefore I cannot notarize this document"       THAT is what EE was OBLIGATED TO DO BY LAW.    SHE KNEW FULL WELL that she was violating the law by not enforcing these requirements.  

DV, you ABOSLUTELY POSITIVELLY CANNOT win on this issue.     No matter how good a person EE has been, no matter how much money and time she may have given to chtable causes, no matter how good her office ran, etc.   she violated her oath.

Whoa, back up and rewind. What are you talking about? What did you read in the paper? How is A-Jello involved other than when he sets someone up for a fall, he is a heroic whistleblower and when (supposedly) someone did it to Eunice, they are criminal conspirators guilty of a felony?
