EE KNEW FULL WELL that she was required BY LAW to PERSONALLY WITNESS the signature of the person (shut-in) whose document it was,, NOTHING LESS. You have proven you do NOT know the law!
Oh, poor little shut in? Notaries and attornies DO go to the homes, nursing homes, hospitals of the shut-ins, patients, etc! So again, you can't even say that the shut-in couldn't go out.

Yeah I have been hearing the same thing, but of course DVOR knows for sure it was a "set-up" because he was on his knees under a desk while it happened and witnessed everything!

Bank notaries across the county are still talking about the Eunice Notary fiasco. She should have resigned a year ago to avoid this embarrassing backlash.
