Lost paperwork, and we were even given a FAKE birth certificate. Rotterdam is a little ROTTen in some aspects and I hope things like this change. I wasn't shocked when I heard on the news she was under investigation for spending months at a time in Florida away from her duties here in Rotterdam. "

Alley...I acknowledge that everyone is entitled to their own opinion on this matter. But there are many Rotterdam taxpayers who would rather see their money being applied to someone who is actually coming to Town Hall everyday and doing the job they were hired for. Times are tough and $50K+ is a good chunk of change to be throwing out the window. |

Rotterdam Democratic Committee
Our membership is comprised of 50 committee persons, two (2) members each representing the twenty-five (25) election districts within the Town of Rotterdam. Each member is elected according to the Rules and Laws of the State of New York, and serves a two (2) year term as chosen in odd number years at the Primary Election. The elected officers of the committee consist of Chairperson, First Vice Chairperson, Second Vice Chair Person, Treasurer and Secretary. A Parliamentarian and Sergeant of Arms are appointed by the Chairperson. We meet regularly during the months of January, March, July, September and October, and for special sessions as called for by the Chair.
Our committee members are always available to discuss any matters of concern that you may have, and look forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions. Feel free to contact them at their email addresses below.
