a big fat NOOOOOOO littleman.  Lost everything and humiliated the electorate by forcing out MDV and appointed himself.  Lost the county dist 4 seats, lost the town council, lost to scott murphy, lost his CYO games by an avg.of 15 points, lost his marriage, his GF, lost McNulty's digs. lost some hair, lost his morals and finally lost his mind.  Hotel California for GP!

Did GP do all of this single handedly or did he have the support of TB plus the committee members?

MDV was not at all forced out. Talk to him sometime, Peeper.  He wanted off the board from the start.

Tracy Donovan? Stan Marshmellow? One of the losers in Nov?  He forced him out to appoint himself....... K?

Didn't or should have the committee voted in favor of that? Again....did GP make this decision single handedly? Did he have support from the committee members? Is the committee stacked in GP's favor?

So many unanswered questions.....

If committee members are that stupid to not know what their proxies were used for, then they deserve what they get! Forgery should be an easy find if that is true. I tend to lean more towards a stacked deck in favor of GP. IMHO

Bumble, don't be an idiot.

As chairman, GFP removed long standing committee people and put in placeholders that would sign over proxies.

Anyone thinking GFP is bright is an idiot, he's slick and there is a big difference.  He's got a legitimate following of about five people and when his character goes through under real public scrutiny it will not be pretty.  Of the five, four will run like hell and the only one left will be the child who looks up at him with glimmering eyes, the bafoon.

Anyone know the song "Glory Days"?  I think it was a Springstein song, well IMO, that's GFP.  He's still wishing it was a home game at Schalmont and he was suiting up for the game .  How pathetic.

Once again GP is one of the most respected attorneys in the area. Yet you all continue to question his ethics. It's getting old, even Mickey Espositio's threats haven't resulted in anything. Everyone is starting to look foolish questioning GP when he is the only one on that dais that makes a lick of sense.

Jewels - You are a joke.  Why would one of the most respected attorneys in the area spend his free time wrastling with the likes of FDG, Bobby G, MM, 80 something EE, Kelly Rhinesmith, John Mertz.  If he was as respected as you claim he would be doing legaleze with Liz Bishop or the morning drive with Paul Vanderburg or YNN instead of Paul DerOhnissian.  Puleeese GP is a certain as a teenaged girls monthly period!

So now public service is a bad thing? That's right he should just sit back and not care about his community. Just because he doesn't need to hear himself talk on the radio, doesn't mean he isn't a respected attorney. Only you can find fault with a guy because he decides to help his community by running for office. Of course, you are the same person who criticized him for coaching his kids instead of staying the entire time at a political dinner...

Michael DellaVilla has wanted off the board since the second he got on. That is no secret to anyone. He was not at all forced off. I know him personally, and am certain this is so. He hates everything about any bureaucracy, and felt that things never got done in Town.

Oh I see its public service thats GP's calling.  Were did that work its way into his bloodstream?  Oh I remember that FAT paycheck he got when he was town attorney...over $100,000 beans a year for what?  Showing up at town hall a couple hours a week to monitor Eunice's notaries?  A real crackerjack that Gerard is.  I'd have more respect for the guy if he went by Gerry instaed of the cop from the Fugitive.

And I hear he sucks as a cyo coach.  In it for his own kid and not for the love for the game or teaching someone else's kid.  Gloryhound!

That is the notice for the meeting, Salamone's name isn't there either. No one is questioning the integrity of that vote. It's the same thing.
