I can summarize in advance as to the resolution of this: There will be three things determined.

1) The "man" and white culture (especially Republicans) are to blame.
2) law abiding gun owners and the Second Amendment is a root cause of this tragedy and the police obviously have a lot of the blame too.
3) The taxpayers need to create even more layers of government programs and spend far more of working peoples' money to combat such violence in the inner city.
