That's funny....it's kind of like having a voodoo doll......

So I called GA's office to find out why he left the Lazio dinner so soon....turns out he went to honor workers and volunteers of the United Way. Is this why everyone is so upset? That one of our elected officials left a political function in order to pay tribute to the community service of others? Now that I realize what all the craziness is about, it really puts a bad taste in my mouth. If you want a politician to stroke you the right way, then elect a politician. Like I said in another post - now you know why honest, well-intentioned people rarely want to put their good names on the line and be our representatives. Geez, who needs enemies right?

I wonder if GA would be willing to have a town hall meeting...at town hall one Wednesday night when there's not a town board meeting...just to let people know what's going on in Albany.  You know for a fact that we won't get the same thing from Tonko.  Well, maybe we would now with the new administration.

I don't know why you would say we wouldn't get the same from Tonko - he has ALWAYS made himself available for forums such as that.  Much moreso than any other elected official I can think of.

How many town halls did tonko attend regarding the proposed health care bill?

How many town halls did any of our elected officials have regarding health care?

You are speaking specifically to health care forums...there are other issues that are also prevalent.  I've seen Tonko at plenty of forums, over his political career.  Just because he didn't hold one rally like Murphy did doesn't mean he never attends forums.  Don't kid yourself.

I believe he went to schalmont. Unless you went to mohonasen, you just may not spell it correctly. That really happens all the time. Really! I'm not making excuses here.

Why doesn't someone ask fdg to spell mohonasen. Or for that matter even schalmont! How about Comprehensive Plan? Maybe even chlorine.....fluoridation.......aquifer.....Parisi.....DiLeva.....Godlewski.....Laccardi......Eunice.....
