A property tax cap is a gimmick.  Isn't that what Cuomo is proposing?  Caps just assure that your property tax will alway go up to the cap max and never stay flat or get reduced.

So is Angelo going to decrease legislator pay?  Is he going to introduce a pay cap for legislators? Is Angelo going to turn down his salary if elected?  Is that his solution for NYS?

Wouldn't a spending cap be a more logical solution to high taxes rather than a taxing cap?  A taxing cap is agreeing to higher taxes regadless of how much wasteful spending.

He won't spend $63K on mailers, but will he push legislation that forces ALL health insurance companies to cover treatment for Autism? Which is an indirect tax hidden through increased insurance premiums.
