As D.C. continued to dig out from Snowmageddon and is keeping an eye on another storm system, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration was busy making a climate change announcement.

NOAA, part of the Department of Commerce, is going to be providing information to individuals and decision-makers through a new NOAA Climate Service office. “More and more, Americans are witnessing the impacts of climate change in their own backyards, including sea-level rise, longer growing seasons, changes in river flows, increases in heavy downpours, earlier snowmelt and extended ice-free seasons in our waters. People are searching for relevant and timely information about these changes to inform decision-making about virtually all aspects of their lives,” the release says.

They're finding it increasingly more difficult to sell this junk science to people after all the shady things going on with the IPCC in England. If NOAA doesn't go along with what the government is selling they will lose their funding so are they really telling us the truth.

In all fairness to the "change believers" - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/new.....izzard-90-years.html

Canada is actually hurting for snow during the olympics.

I still don't see a "global" issue here

If you don't believe in climate change you are an idiot, plain and simple.  Now if you don't believe that the earth is cooling due to man made pollutants, well then you might have a point.

I don't spell check!  Sorry...
If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.

Wait, I thought it was a "warming" - not cooling.

I wish these "change" fanatics would make up their minds. Warming or Cooling, which is it?

Climate change? Yep, I believe in it, and thank God for it every day ... without change, we'd still have dinosaurs roaming the planet and miles of deep ice we'd be walking on.  It's happened before, and I guarantee you, vehicle emissions, coal plants, incandescent light bulbs and man had nothing to do with it then, and we've got nothing to do with it now.

MT how can you say that, do you want Al Gore to lose all the money he's invested in getting ready to sell carbon credits?

This is not about green issues-it's about red issues. The climate is constantly changing, due to sun spots and many other variables.

This is an excuse to further destroy industries, export jobs and centralize our economy under UN "leaders".

climate changes have 'obviously' happened according to the 'experts' and their research/knowledge of history.....as for man-made???----yeah right,,,I doubt that.....the earth/solar system/universe is
much bigger than us.....beam us up now Scotty.....
