Yeah, because Macejka would have never assessed the 14 new structures on DelGallo's property.  Raising his property value to its proper market value.  That's why he kept his job under Constantino- Bird of a feather, flock together.

Exactly.

Mrs. Beasley is highly amused by Cicero.  I like the idea of birds of a feather--you Cicero and Mr. Surprise seem to be turkeys.  All your candidates finished last--flew south for the winter.  Everyone kept their job under Mr. Constanatino as I remember.  Why attack Mr. Maceka?  He and his father were gentlemen and did a fine job in their positions.

And are you searching for a new leader yet?  Time is of the essence. Why not call Mr. Leschen?  The State Republicans loved him.  He was the greatest Republican leader in Rotterdam.  You youngsters just don't know how to do business.

Senders--Mrs. Beasley is already getting ready for Thanksgiving.  Hope serving turkey doesn't offend the Republicans.

No attack on Mr. Macejka.  He ran a..........a fine office.  Tax rolls were in order and up to date... Everything was on the up and up.  The $750K town wide reval had nothing to do with an unchecked and out of date tax roll due to the dereliction of prior assessors.

You say "my" candidates finished last.  And that they did.  But a third party on the bottom of the ballot received 17% of the vote for supervisor.  Quite a bit if you ask me.  That's a lot of leverage in the next election if that energy can be maintained.  And I think it will.

You are right about one thing.  Constantino did keep all of his friends and relatives working for the town, as long as he remained in power.  Unfortunately some unethical things took place in order for them to keep him in power, so they could keep their jobs.  Ballot boxes being stuffed, assessments being reduced, contractor kick backs, oh and lets not forget... Ignoring the fact that he was accused many times of touching his young female students.  Amazingly, the Capital Districts highest paid police officers, Rotterdams finest, weren't able to find any rock solid evidence to bring charges.  Funny how it only took one accusation in Guilderland to bring the pervert to justice.

I must agree...That's how business used to be done.

There are high ranking life long Rotterdam Democrats that were glad to see Macejka go.  One in particular actually warns anybody that lives in Guilderland to stay clear of him.  Speaks volumes, don't ya think?  Paulino couldn't even find a spot for him in Schenectady County, he had to go to Albany County.  HeHeHeHeHe

that is a fact!!

Mrs. Beasley appreciates you answer Mr. Cicero.  But I do feel it was meant to be "snide."  I am old enough to remember Mr. Kirvin and Mr. Macejka.  Removing the junior Macejka was not very intelligent.  But you don't have any giants in the brains department sitting in Town Hall currently.  Only Mrs. Esposito kept the town together while the nasty people were living in Town Hall.  Mrs. Beasley is against any form of rudeness and it was running rampant.  I am very happy that Mr. Delgallo will be moving in.  It will be great to have a real gentleman attending to the residents.

And Mr./Mrs. Bumble I do  believe Mrs. Beasley told you to correct your logo re: "stupid."  It calls into question your ability to be taken seriously.  Who was your English teacher Dear?  Did you go to school in Rotterdam?

ROTFLMAO There weren't any high ranking Town Democrats left!  Whata a joke you are Cissy.....  I have heard nothing but good things about the Guilderland Assessor's Office.  As they say "Rotterdam's loss is Guilderland's gain."

Paolino, in case you haven't heard, is not especially well received by Schenectady County/City Dems.  Kiss of death in some opinions....  Macejka too cleaver for that IOU!!  Keep crying in yer beer Cissy maybe when you realize and learn from your mistakes....you might be able to find peace.....like Mr Macejka!

Mrs. Beasley is not sure that Mr. Paolino is NOT well received.  I think he is.  BUT I am sure that Mr. Macejka is well liked and respected in Guilderland and by State and Independent assessors.  Mr. Cicero you would be hugely mistaken.  No hearsay--the truth.

Ok --how's this.  You finally come out of the bunker and that's what you say.  How about this.  You were the fool who caused the Democratic take-over and you were too stupid to figure out what needed to be done.  No candidates in Schenectady--sure nobody wants to run because you don't stand by your candidates YOU essentially abandon them.  Promise them plenty and give them nothing.  You stink as the Rep leader.  Resign give it to someone like Carolina Lazzari.  You are way off the mark.  That's what I think,  Go back to the bunker you like Tedesco are OVER.  Is that personal enough for you?

No, I think I'll trust my source.  A lifelong Democrat and Rotterdam resident, and very involved in Town politics.  Pretty good judge in character also.

The ole Maj burned some bridges in this Town.  As you can see Mrs. Weasely, you and PDQ/Puddy hold opposite opinions as far as Paulino's standing with Schenectady County Democrats.  Why would PDQ believe he's the "kiss of death" and you believe he's "well received".  I thought PDQ's words are gospel to you?

Unless Paulino is smart enough to keep his distance from tainted goods-so to say.

You know what they say about an Assessor scorn.

Mrs. Beasley doesn't like double-speak so you can well imagine how disgruntled I would feel listening to the words of a lawyer (yes you)--I live in Nisky now and out of Rotterdam.  I hear many politician speak well of Paolino.  PDQ's words are on target not gospel.  The gospel stays in the churches.  Macejka as well as his father's reputation are quite good.  I wouldn't throw stones at him.  Some on the Ways and Means Committee in the Assembly have plenty to say that you would find disparaging about some folks you know too.  You choose to be politicians not everyone is going to like you or your decisions.

As for Macejka he is doing quite well in Guilderland.  Even Republicans like him and approve of his job.  I don't think I wouldrattle his cage--he seems to know a lot and there is no need for EVERYONE to be part of it.  Problem with some of you, is that you don't know when to quit.

Happy Thanksgiving all!

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

PDQ and Beasley,,,,do you honestly think that Poedunk Rotterdam is the end all.....and do you really think that FDG and friends will get out
of the gumba quicksand from the town to the county to the state???.....are you really satisfied with the status quo????......or do you just pick out letters
on the keyboard and hope they make word, thought and prose???

I dont care about the DEMS or the REPS......pathetic past generation systems with the most cancerous blood running through them and not
a single healthy cell that I can tell.......

so----are you gonna go for treatment or stick with the sick??????

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
