Woman charged with shooting teen after argument

SCHENECTADY -- A 23-year-old city woman is expected to be arraigned in City Court Tuesday on felony assault and weapons charges for allegedly shooting a 16-year-old teenager in the wrist after the two got into a verbal dispute this morning, police said.
