I have NEVER been to his house.  I have no idea what it is worth.  I also touted Joe Lazzari.  Never went to his house either.  Of course I promoted him.  I am a Dem and wanted the Reps out of Rotterdam.  I never met Matt Martin either but I knew he would be the top vote getter.  Your question has no substance.  Sorry.

I don't believe there is a hate monger preacher in the White House. As for growong their crops on the south lawn.  What's your beef?  The same thing was done here at the Governors mansion.  Products used for the mansion and given away as well.  That is fact.

I checked your site--the following appears at the end of visitors list:

"A lot of people visit the White House, up to 100,000 each month, with many of those folks coming to tour the buildings. Given this large amount of data, the records we are publishing today include a few “false positives” – names that make you think of a well-known person, but are actually someone else.  In September, requests were submitted for the names of some famous or controversial figures (for example Michael Jordan, William Ayers, Michael Moore, Jeremiah Wright, Robert Kelly ("R. Kelly"), and Malik Shabazz).  The well-known individuals with those names never actually came to the White House.  Nevertheless, we were asked for those names and so we have included records for those individuals who were here and share the same names."

Case closed.

Wrong again Joe.  You directed me to that website and that is where I went.  this is a totally different site and you are now citing Bill Clinton not Obama which is who we were speaking about.

"http://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/disclosures/visitor-records" - per your post.  The following was found at you direction.

""A lot of people visit the White House, up to 100,000 each month, with many of those folks coming to tour the buildings. Now you want to talk about Bill Clinton?  You want to talk terrorist Joe--Let's talk BUSH!  Get back to me when you want to get real.

OKAY.....I just made a couple of calls. And yes cicero is correct about 'a past assessor' getting fired from the state for booking and then landing a job in rotterdam as assessor.

I'm wondering now, and may have to make a few more calls to find out, if this is related to the same person who ran down the sunrise est's sign.

Ya just can't make this stuff up!!!

And where's puddy when ya need 'em?

welcome to Rotterdam A Nice Place to Live and with a bunch of gumba gangstas.....NYS just loves 'em...
and love to hide 'em in the little towns.....

Look Cissy--OUTSPEND??????????ROTFLMAO    I got about three mailers from FDG and about 25 from the Reps.  YOu guys have your nose out of joint because you lost.  Well you lost because you had a loser in the Super's job.  He was a terrible Suprvisor.  The most innocuous and easy things he couldn't do.  He never even returned phone calls had Fiorillo do it for him.  That's not delegation of duties it's dereliction of duties.  Surprise is LOUSY at his job.  Adjusted for some and not for others and then threw people out of his office when they brought his attention to his errors.  He is what brought old Stevie Ego down.

You reps did a smear campaign that is still being talked about all over the community and into Albany County. The Reps from Rotterdam look like fools. I don't care if FDG voted in the last ten years.  As far as I remember that still is choice.  Your vote is your opportunity to voice your opinion if you so choose.  Your problem is that your leaders did a terrible job this campaign with their lies and inuendos.  Instead of coming after FDG and the old assessor why don't you focus on demanding a resignation from GP and TB.

I would take the former assessor any day of the week as would many people I know. This election was about CHANGE.  You guys still don't get it--nobody likes all the mean-spirited stuff you throw out.  That's why you lost.    I hope FDG calls for a full audit of TH.  Your folks will be quaking in their boots I am sure.

Maybe, and just maybe,,,,Mr.Surprise threw folks out when they started whining about what their neighbor
had or didn't have compared to them blah blah blah......and if Mr.FDG was all upset about the value of his
home,,,,that is pretty damn cheap and shortsighted....see, if he thinks it was luck and really doesn't
understand the value of what he has,,,,he should give it up.....get rid of it if it is too much for you....
much like running the town......

If I was in the assessors shoes,,,,I'd kick butts out too....dont come talking to me about what your
neighbor has/doesn't....how freakin' petty......how freakin' cheap.....if we cant afford the levy,,,,it's time
to leverage out the politicians....and their gumba gangstas....and may I remind you they ARE in both
parties.......

FDG is a big fish in a small fish bowl....he chose to do that-----IT WASN'T LUCK.....if he thought he was
going to 'skim' along in cheap dollar store Rotterdam locked in his complex,,,well, I guess he thought
he was going to fool math......maybe he over-invested......there are a bunch of other big fish in this town
who whine....and the sheeple either pick the Hatfields or the McCoys.....and all about who knows who....

BTW....I didn't loose....I'm just getting started......NNTP

Among the civilized world Obama is loved

By those we fight - hated more than Bush

This matters not so much in Rotterdam but elsewhere - think about that while you sleep,

And to the family's directly affected by the outcome - you know, those who receive an amerian flag folded in a triangle for their sacrafice.

Quoted from CICERO

Didn't we have a town employee that lost his state job for booking numbers and landed in our assessors office?  We have had our share of unprofessional assessors.  We didn't spend $750K because our assessors did a great job.

No silly the bookmaker was our new Hwy Super.  He was running book out of the Hwy Dept. back in time.  And you must be confusing unprofessional assessors with the likes of John MacIsaac, the alledged pedophile who was appointed by Joe Signore. (What the hell is booking numbers?)  ROTFLMAO HARD!!!

WOW Talk about bitter.  Cicero why the bomb throwing?  One of our former assessors must really be a burr in your saddle.  Get caught not paying your fair share in taxes or did you lose an election or a job over in Albany?  Whatever the reason for that tirade, must be pretty painful for you when you justify the likes of a buffoon like Craig Surprise, who I might add has a past that invovled...................stay tuned.

Try YOGA Cicero!  It might help with that bitter taste in your mouth left over from all of the above.   HaHa

Jeesh I wonder if Steve T ever did a background check on Mr Surprise?  I bet he wished he had.

Cis if you're not a Rep why parade around with an elephant as your tag.  I am not experienced at assessing anyone's property.  I have no idea what his property is worth.  But if it is assessed at 1.4 HE SHOULD have asked for a reduction.  This is Rotterdam!

First, it's not an elephant, it's a mastodon.  Second, if you claim you're not an assessor, how do you know $1.4 million is too high?  7600 square feet on 89 acres.  I think 89 acres is worth more than the $250K he's suing for.

Quoted from 446
Who cares why he got invovled in politics?  He did it.  No other commentary is needed on that subject.

Who cares why?  Are you kidding me?  A guy who didn't vote for the past 10 years as long as his assessment was below market value, and then fully when assessed, he decides to take the tens of thousand he saved by not paying full assessment to run for Supervisor, in hopes of getting his property taxes reduced.

Quoted from 446
for Obama--you bet he is the change I was looking for.  After eight years of an arrogant jerk who has spent every ounce of goodwill this country had and all of our standing, he's lucky nobody has brought him up on war crimes.  How many kids do you think we need to lose before you condemn him?  Only sixty percent of the returning soldiers are able to get back to their life, another thirty need constant counseling and support to function and another ten percent just lost and never able to function again.  He drove this country into a depression.  He filled the pockets of the medical community and looked the other way for those entrenched in poverty.  And you want to blame Obama?  Yeah right.  If any of us had any brains, when we saw an oil man hit the White House we all should have run out and purchased stock in oil.  Get off it Cis.

Democrat - Woodrow Wilson get America into WWI - 117,000 Americans dead
Democrat - FDR gets America into WWII Democrat - Truman gets America out - 418,000 Americans dead
Democrat - Truman gets America into Korean War - Republican - Eisenhower gets America out - 33,000 Americans dead
Democrat - JFK gets America into Vietnam, Democrat - LBJ escalates it, Republican - RMN gets us out - 58,000 Americans dead
Republican - GHWB gets America in 1st Gulf War - 294 Americans dead
Republican - GWB gets America in Afghanistan - 916 Americans dead
Republican- GWB gets America in Iraq - 4362 dead

Cal, I don't know how you could belong to a blood thirsty, war mongering Democrat Party.  In this century, 626,000 Americans died in wars Democrats got us into. 5572 Americans died in wars Republicans got us into.

Cal,,,give peace a chance.

No, I'm not bitter.  I'm not throwing bombs.  When Cal throws bombs at the current Assessor, I feel I must put it into perspective and remind her of the crooks and buffoons we had in Assessors Office in recent history.  As I remind everybody again, we didn't spend $750K on town wide reassessment because we had great assessors under Constantino and the Democrats.  We had a father/son combo that virtually wrecked the town.

No tirade PDPUDDYQ.  I'm not a politician, just a life long resident of Rotterdam.  I know the guy that lost his state job for gambling, and was hired as temporary assessor through political cronyism.  Now we have that same group of bums in office, and the people need to be vigilant.

I'm "surprised" Republicans in Guilderland didn't do a better background check for appointed positions.

Look at history PDQ - Elections are not the only means by which people are removed from elected office.
