BT MT and all--while you slackers are just griping about the parade I called the Gazette and the Chamber to see what the hold up was--yeah you should have done it--Ad will go in Nov. 1 into the Gazette. It is already on the Chamber's website. Gazette will run a story about a week before. It is scheduled for Nov. 21--there is some comedian at Proctors that night, it is the Gala for the Chron's Association and Jimmy Fallon will be at the Egg, I believe at the behest of The College of Saint Rose his alma mater.
Gazette reporters may actually be dressing in costumes this year. Rumor mill....I think not.
Anything this terrible Chamber runs falls apart. Yes, they have printed up some posters but they don't know a thing about promoting major events. Ask any businessman Downtown.
Same old story. The public wants a Christmas Parade on Black Friday. The Chamber/Proctor's and Gazetto hears "Holiday" Parade on Saturday. A combination of politically correctness and stupidity.

The Chamber is another institution, similar to the community college, SACC public TV, LWV, DSIC, library board, NAACP, city school board, soil and water board that has been stacked with democrat activists for democrat control.
