so,,,,is their home assessed for less or is the tax rate less? there are 2parts to the equation.....there are 2 roads of thought on this.....either those 'with' the means to own a substantially higher valued home than others and think they deserve not to pay or those in substantially lower valued homes think they serve not to pay too......
