SCHENECTADY -- A 22-year-old city man who absconded from county court during an earlier appearance assured a county judge he would return to court if he made bail on new criminal charges resulting from being indicted.
Deandre Coleman was arraigned this morning in Schenectady County Court on an eight-count indictment related to several incidents over the past few months. His attorney, Stephen Signore, a public defender, entered a not-guilty plea on his client's behalf.
