SCHENECTADY Man shot three times; injuries not fatal BY STEVE COOK Gazette Reporter
A man was shot three times after an apparent argument Tuesday night on Park Place, police said. The 35-year-old victim was rushed to Ellis Hospital on Nott Street in a private vehicle. His identity and condition were not available late Tuesday, but his wounds — to the shoulder, elbow and leg — were not believed to be life-threatening, police spokesman Sgt. Eric Clifford said. Police were called to Park Place just before 10 p.m. for reports of gunshots. When officers arrived, the victim was already on the way to the hospital. The argument began in front of 239 Park Place and moved north a house before the shooting. Residents of 239 Park Place watched from their windows as police investigated. Anthony Daley was in his apartment when he heard people yelling outside. He came onto his balcony and watched the end of the incident. .......................>>>>..............>>>>.............http://www.dailygazette.net/De.....r00403&AppName=1
