Police seek location of sex offenders SCHENECTADY — Police are seeking help to locate four known sex offenders who failed to provide their annual verification as required by state law. The four men have felony warrants for failing to verify or update their addresses with police. The men are: Richard Coons, 33, last known address 1646 Carrie St. James Ouwerkerk, 37, last known address 115 Furman St. Joseph Hellijas, 32, last known address 1492 Broadway. Robert Tyrell, 50, last known address 16 Edison Ave. Anyone with information regarding the individuals should contact the Schenectady Police Youth Aid Division or Detective Sgt. Arthur Zampella at 382-5256.
My suggestion was always for GPS devices for these bottom feeders. But who will monitor these devices? Cause they apparently not monitoring the ones for the SPD.
