What about the polls on Supervisor and 2 yr seat? The 2yr seat is where all the action is. |

I don't believe any of these polls. People are just shooting them out daily just about. |

Polls don't vote ~ but ~ let's see how close this projection is ~ Godlewski at 23% Surhada at 23% Signore at 20% Martin at 19% Mertz at 18% Don't believe it? Ask your local town or county chairman
The caveat here is the lineup in the voting booth. Who is lined up over who and will the voters find Row F? I never trust polls because quite literally the weather can change the outcome of an election. That being said, the incumbent Republicans appear to be in trouble. I have said it many times on the board...the residents are tired of the same old Republican faces; namely Steve and Signore and Suhrada. I'd say if things hold up the Dems are positioned for one helluva mandate! Saw it before in 1999 and we are in that 10 year cycle of ousting the 5-0 party rule. On another note, now we see why the Republicam im(posters) on this board are hyping the NNTP line. They figure that if they keep their party line voters in check they can somehow persuade the anti Steve ticket voters to vote NNTP instead of the Dems ticket, hence they "steal" the election. I am not buying the NNTP line simply because these same candidates didn't make a significant showing in the primary that would have given them much needed cash flow, momentum and hope. Just a little observation IMHO. |

I talked with people I know who are in the know and here is the truth I got
Bobby G 60 % Matty 60 %
Signore 40 %
Suhrad 28 % the rest undecided
Frannie is bangin away with 71 % over EGO at 20 % and the rest for Macgerry
people say they are most mad at the repubs all over the county an Dom is up by 18 % total over Lizzardi |

Sal,
Your statements are as valid as reports of sightings of Elvis and the Loch Ness monster. |

Poor Sal, everyone piles on... |
| I don't spell check! Sorry... If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive. |

Many straight line REPS know that Steverino is history and that their County candidates are clueless. They will vote NNTP to make a statement. They are fed up with the same old stunad names. Especially true in the County. Sal's poll sounds like at DEM HQ. FDG over 70%? People want change and McGarry will get much of that. Latest poll this afternoon: FDG first/ Brian McGarry 2nd/ST dead last. 2 year seat O'Connor has a slight lead over Nicky due to the NNTP. Must go to whip. Stan in the dust. Could not be closer. This could be for control. 4 year seat: Godlewski/Suhrada/Martin/Signore/Mertz. Martin within striking distance-if he wins-DEM sweep! County Leg: Holly first/Brad Littlefield and J DAG neck and neck for the silver/REPS in the dirt. |

So you really dont care how NYS is run? You dont want to be part of a grassroots movement? You enjoy the same stinkin' slime from the old guard(both parties included)? You're willing not to make an effort that if people truly mean what they are saying about being tired of the sink-hole-same-ole politicos that this could actually move the nations next generation and cut off the chains of old? So you're just an old stick in the mud who really only cares about your own backyard and making sure you dont have to make an effort(the 'I wouldn't want to waste a vote') group....just to be involved in the party making after? how shortsighted is that........I bet you have a DelGallo pool with sides and a bottom.....that's where you will always be trapped....if this is truly how you think. You must enjoy the chains of government |

Maybe Republicans can come out of the bunker now and campaign again. We have been hiding down there as a party since the democrats are so strong and tough. Really.
...final results will look far differently on E-day. |
| "While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat." |
