I have a project that I am going to be working on over the next year.  In fact, it may be limited to the time period from now until about September (or longer, I haven't really decided this).  

I am looking for a few good men (and/or women).  If anybody is willing to give up a little of their time, please send me an e-mail and let me know the following information...
A)  Name
B)  Town/Village/City of residence

At this time, I wish to keep this experiment closed ONLY to those who are participating in it, so as not to change the results of it outside of any normal change that may occur with other circumstances.  I will tell you that it does have to do with politics and there will be meetings that I will ask you to attend.  

That being said, I also do not want the results skewed or to appear that they could be skewed, so I ask that anyone that is an elected official NOT participate.  It's not that I don't trust these people, I just don't want people to think that the data is being skewed.

Understanding that this may bring some people "out of the woodwork," I promise to also keep any identities that I learn of for any members of this community to myself and to not be released to anyone for any reason.  I have no reason to release them, nor do I have the want or need to.  Also, my release of this information may be detrimental to my results or future results I may ask your help in getting, so it would hurt me to release the information.

The sooner I can get this set up, the more accurate I believe my data will be by the time this comes to a conclusion, the better view I will have of this information and I will be able to release the information collected to the public.
