Did you know that the taxpayers 'relocated' Marcellas and now they are tax exempt? Did you know that the taxpayers 'relocated' villa italia and now they are tax exempt? Did you know that Paul Mitchell aka Big House was developed with the help of the plex and is now tax exempt? Did you notice that crime is on the rise? Did you notice that street gangs are on the rise and 'everywhere'? ...........there is more..........but you can do the rest of the investigating work.........k?
