If the only reason you're voting for him is because he's a friend, and of Italian descent, then you're not doing yourself or anyone else any good.
I have no problems voting for a black man as president, but I refuse to vote for him BECAUSE he's black ... the same thing goes for "paisans".
Give it a break? no, you should. Tell us (only once) about his accomplishments this far, why we should pay him to do a job, what his qualifications are, and we'll make up our own damn mind.
well first he is the leader clearly of the repubs that are there and the only one really speaking up and getting th e work done and the laws passed. The other repubs are learning from him and none of them { especailly Burmaster} can claim any success with getting things donew like Ang. I lik ethe others but Ang is the one that we can be proudest of since his charitable endevors and his panash is clearly superior over here in Rotterdam among the politicos here. Getting things "done" and laws passed .. like preventing Metroplex life extension and funding increases? Getting things "done" - like having his state counterparts vote against the M'plex changes? Getting things "done" and laws passed .. like keeping the county budget deficit low or non-existent? The problem with Ang and the rest of the reps, is that they are only heard of when it is election time. We hear from the dems almost daily. We may not like what they are saying or doing...but they are 'out there'. I mean how does Ang or any other rep expect to gain recognition and public support if they continue to be silent?
