I speak for myself and my only interest is in serving my community -- which I can prove by the hours
of VOLUNTEER service that I do.   Never been anyone's puppet.

As for you saying that the "people rejected his ideas" ???     I don't believe that is the case.  Every
one of the points that I campaigned on -- are still things that people want .. lower taxes, sound
economic development, providing quality services for the taxes paid, and a government that is
open and transparent.

The crime rate is down in Schenectady -- including murders -- according to the FBI crime statistics.
Downtown Schenectady has turned the corner .. and is coming back to life.

Interestingly, I was at an event all day with folks from all over the greater Capital District  .... and
they got talking about Schenectady and Proctor's  ---- these folks are happy with the progress that
they see in Schenectady and love coming to eat, shop, and see a show.

Too bad that the Regressives can't be more positive .. but I don't believe in wasting my time trying
to change what can't be changed  ... they can wallow in the mud of their own negativity.

How dare these regressives to want to improve a quality of life in neighborhoods.
How dare these regressives who want to lowertaxes. How dare these regressives to want to get rid of the scum that is ALL over schenectady.
How dare the regressives for wanting less government in their private lives.
How dare the regressives to want private business to create jobs instead of the government using taxpayer's money to seal private deals.
How dare the regressives to want to put an end to created patronage jobsin schenectady to save the taxpayer's money.
How dare the regressive to want smaller, less intrusive government.

Rotterdam is a great place to live.  My family has lived here for over 100 years -- and I am happy
where I am.

I am also happy for the great renaissance going on in Downtown Schenectady.

Would be ashame if the original proponents of this grant were privy to the Erie Blvd plans. They'd probably rescind the grant for its flagrant lack of neighborhood urban renewal. Still can't get over $14 million for traffic circles, wonder what the "curb tax" will be for the few remaining businesses left on Erie.

You must be one of those negative regressives. Everyone should clearly want to live where the government sh!ts!! You damn regressiveds are negatively blind to the fact that they should be happy and positive to know that schenectady county is the 19th highest taxed county in the country!

Those damn negative regressives!!!

.

ROFL.  Prove it.  EVERYONE knows that crime is going up up up up up up up up in Schenectady.  You must have been having a dream in your sleep that you read that.   And the worst thing, is that since that statement is a lie, and you know dang well it's a BIG LIE, you will NOT respond with any proof from an official FBI website showing the numbers over the past ten years.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
