I was in the Eckerd store on Guilderland Ave today and noticed how empty it was. I asked one of the workers and she said that it was closing it's doors on Sunday and that the building will be up for lease, she thinks, Sept. 1st. I wonder what new business would want the building for lease?

I don't know who would ever lease that building. From what I was told, there is just mold everywhere in that building from all the years of flooding on Guilderland Ave.. And so yet...another empty building! And who's job will it be to clean up that mold? And will it be enforced?

Is the old Rotterdam library still 'decorated' with graffiti????
No, it's been cleaned up, given a new coat of paint and a new owner. A friend of mine that owns hostpc is considering leasing it I guess, but dont know where that stands
I thought the old library was going to be some kind of boxing place.
