That is exactly why we need this BOA Study -- to do the research, talk with the folks in the JCT,
and then make recommendations for a plan to bring some kind of development (along with
making proposals for any necessary "corrections" in town law or other law which may be
stifling safe economic development projects.

It just seems as if this town needs an enema....any REAL developement ie:sewers/watertowers or anything of the like keeps disappearing like our
youth......we need some kind of solid foundation not some cheesy a** facades and planters......
