I Live-in the city now. It seems like the city is missing out on a lot of fine money. All week long now. Why pass a new ordinance that they seem not to be able to enforce that well? Or is it mainly to be tried to enforce on the fourth only? Maybe it was just meant to deter unauthorized fireworks in the city? I wonder if it actually adds some excitement to the one's shooting off the fireworks?
there were fireworks going off EVERYWHERE!! Even folks who 'openly' say it's illegal where shooting them off. As far as me.....i say....'have at it and enjoy'....and apparently they did.
