As most of you are already aware, major web sites and services have been affected by a global DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack on Dyn, a major DNS (Domain Name Service) provider. Some of the services (X Company) uses have been affected and therefore access via the app, third party integrations (such as Amazon Alexa) and alerts have been impacted.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will update our System Status page when things have returned to normal. In the meantime, you can read more about the DDoS attack and DNS services here
