SCHENECTADY - If you planned to call City Hall to complain about something on Friday, you'll have something new complain about.

But you won't be getting through.

The city's phone system is broken and no calls are getting through to city-owned buildings.

Police said 911 calls are working as is Schenectady County's unified dispatching system.

Police said it is unclear how long the phones will be down.
