Sylvia Spooner-Mitchell was last seen late Tuesday afternoon on Genesee Street. Police say she has diabetes and dementia. There’s concern she may be lost, confused, or need of medical attention. Spooner-Mitchell has graying hair and brown eyes. Police she may have a red walker, and could be wearing a red or black leather jacket.
