They know where their interests lie - it's the poor struggling home owners and taxpayers who aren't getting anything from McCarthy's term in office. He's giving the city away while the tax burden leads to more property abandonment. This city is filthy, he's incapable of getting the snow removed and shoveled (as always) and he acts like it's paradise.

Who are these people? if Schenectady is such a great place for them to do business, why don't they live in Schenectady? The mayor is making us pay the high property taxes so his rich friends/developers can live in their affluent and safer communities outside of Schenectady, where they have the best schools for their kids and better public services. And who is this? is that a city employee guarding the door for this private affair?

It would make you sick if I told you my taxes were a thousand dollars a year on a house we just sold for hundreds of thousands ( in another state of course Hey - I know its hard to leave. My Mom had many chances- but old people are set up here. Slide into Holly manor- $ 500 a month $ 40 for utilities very comfy energy efficient.
She went to Capital Living for a few months- 25 thousand a month ! who do you think pays for that ?
