He claims the tax rate will remain the same at $13.88 (well, it's 13.8753 this year) Well he says the tax levy won't increase.
He says the tax levy will stay the same.
He's fooling the people because most people don't understand that the tax rate is determined by the total taxable value. With that half million dollar reduction to a Galesi property alone, and actually this year's certorari's so far this year have resulted in a REDUCTION in taxable value by about $3.5 million for ONE YEAR alone, well, anyone with a brain knows that when you calculate the tax rate based on the levy and the old taxable value and then multiply the levy by the new MASSIVELY REDUCED taxable value, then the tax rate is going to increase.
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

McTHIEF raids the water fund and raids the sewer fund and puts money into the general fund so there won't be a tax increase while he bonded millions to put the money into the water and sewer funds.
