On Sunday, Sept 27.  It is WRONG for the city to spend taxpayers money to try to sell houses.

But here's what's on the gala bus tour tomorrow, this time no repeats, perhaps the sellers of the houses that have been on the tours before have given up

Clayton St is NOT 19 as the ad claims, it's 17 Clayton.  It's advertised with brand new asphalt driveway AND SIDEWALK.   Excuse me, what is the INCOMPENTENT UNQUALIFIED mayor doing along with his failure of code enforcement.   SIDEWALKS ARE MANDATORY CONCRETE.  So obviously the seller did a sidewalk WITHOUT GETTING PERMISSION as required by city law.

Thompson St address is wrong, it's 525, not 527.

William St is the wrong street (hopefully no one tries to google it to find it), it's Williams.  There is a William St in Rotterdam.  And there is a Williams St in Nisky, in the city of Schenectady AND in the town of Rotterdam

Mayor's proofreaders don't really know how to proof read.

Williams St - that CLEARLY shows two FULL baths and the city records CLEARLY state ONE bathroom.  Also, the house CLEARLY has a second story with rooms, the city records CLEARLY state one story, it shows living space ONLY on the first floor.   So, again, illegal remodel?  Underpaying in taxes, and in sewer and water fees (thank you incompetent mayor.  Additional rooms mandate an increase in assessment.

It seems that the realtors really don't care if the houses in the city sell, because good realtors would advise the sellers to neutralize their homes.   Sumner has one room olive green, another room orange, another room red.  Thompson has a hot pink living room, a blue dining room, a lavender seems to be a family room with green wtw carpet.  Thompson has, ya gotta love this, a pink, yes PINK, porcelain kitchen sink.  ROFL      Sure, people like color but as any professional realtor will say is to neutralize the colors so prospective buyers can imagine themselves in the house,.  What buyers want to buy a house and then spend a few thousand to cover up the old paint color, particularly when it's dark!

Looks like some sellers have already lost money on their homes, their asking prices are less than what they bought the house for, but then, remember, that's what has happened under the ex mayor of BS (the water goes in, the boats go up....     ) and McTHIEF.

Yep, "working together works" to cause property values to go down in the city and taxes to go up and people to take big losses on their houses.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
