On Guilderland Road near the railroad overpass, noticed two houses right next to each other...they seem to be on the same lot. Previously, there were never two houses on that lot; one is newly constructed. Cannot find the new house in the Rotterdam ORAP or Schdy County Real Property records. Somebody really had an "in" to work that deal!  |

It becomes Guilderland Rd around 3229 Guilderland Ave per Schdy County Real Property. The 2 for 1 is in the 3400 area...talking about it doesn't do it justice. Can't miss it when you do a drive-by. It looks as though the two houses are right next to each other. Setback? |

That may very well be the intention, but you would have to subdivide the lot to satisfy zoning for 2 principal structures. Oh but wait, this is Rottendam, violate Comp Plan, violate zoning (in the name of revenue of course . . . ) |
