The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Yawn,,, something that would never be put before Trump, even if by some miracle, he wins the Election.
SCOTUS chief judge John Roberts has already said abortion is settled law...in what fantasy world does the possibility exist to make abortion illegal when the court is going to clearly swing to the left with the appointment of a new judge?

Is was nothing more than a gotcha question by Chris Matthews and Trump fell for it, or maybe he didn't? I still say he is trying to torpedo his campaign.

REALLY?  Are you that naïve? Trump fails to support his claims and his stupid manager will face the judge on this.
Trump's video shows it clearly. And Trump is AFRAID of Kelly...she would bury him in an interview and that's why he
hurls his BS from afar. He can't handle her or handle anything from women that are not dumbed-down. With each day and
each Trump broadcast he shows just how stupid and clueless he really is. To have been a successful businessman, he
must have been smart enough to surround himself with smart people to do the work, because he sure doesn't
seem like the mogul he claims to be.

Now if this was a male reporter with Hillary .. He would of probably actually got shoved to the ground. When running for President they get appointed Secret service for a reason . So if Hillary was being protected from a man. And a woman worker or a woman Secret service agent grabbed a man's arm . Would there be charges ?

It was a good move politically for the Republican Primary.  By making the comment he moved to the right of Ted Cruz and Kasich on the issue.

As far as settled law...Abortion is already regulated.  Trump walked back his statement to Chris Matthews and said the abortion provider would be held legally liable.  This is the similar to Rand Paul's proposal that would hold providers legally responsible for unjustified abortions.  Just like the second amendment is regulated and you are required to submit to a background check before purchasing a gun.  If you are sold a gun without the background check, the gun dealer would be charged with selling a gun illegally.

BINGO! So security didn't see reporter as a threat and do anything, so why did campaign manager jump in...not his job and he should have never been involved.
Security was standing right there next to Trump and felt there was no issue!

So if Hillary's campaign manager was a woman, and grabbed the male reporter's arm to back them off because they saw the man as badgering to the point of being a possible threat. Would there be charges? Would security possibly of done more with Hillary and a man was badgering?  Would I protect my boss or friend by pushing the badgering party away?  We are talking Presidential candidates.  If security was busy looking the other way at that moment. Would I step in? Would You? Then again I am guilty too. If I saw a man badgering a woman. I would be more likely to step in, then a woman badgering a man. Again, rising to the level of protecting a Presidential candidate. What level rises to charges being filed? Could gender play a role?  Did You say, Bingo !!

Yes BINGO that Secret Service saw no issue, so campaign manager should have left well enough alone.
She wasn't grabbing him, she was asking a question when question period was over and he didn't like it.
He was trying to prevent her from getting to Trump and asking questions, and grabbed her hard enough
to leave marks on her arm...period, over and out!
Forget the gender card issue, I don't play gender, race cards...that's media bait. Everyone loves what-ifs...,
what-ifs are hypothetical conjecture and cannot honestly represent facts.
