Just changing channels.

Police chief talking about not enough bodies on the force.


Naturally to higher more police means higher taxes.  

However, McCarthy could cut the tax give-aways to Galesi and the rest of them, and cut spending of taxpayer money on downtown.   But that won't happen of course.  The current leaders (with the exception of Riggi, don't give a damn in the least about the people in the neighborhoods, they care ONLY about Galesi and all those rich who give them money.  


Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Where do you think the casino largesse, if there is any, is going? I thought we're being told such a headway is being made against crime? Maybe those data
driven numbers just ain't true.
