Rotterdam man allegedly raped 14-year-old girl

ROTTERDAM — A 23-year-old Rotterdam man is accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl multiple times.
Rotterdam police arrested Cody Vagnier, of 3172 Carmen Road, on Wednesday and charged him with three counts of second-degree rape, a class D felony. The victim was known to Vagnier, and the alleged sexual contact took place at his home on at least three occasions in May, police said.
He was arraigned in Rotterdam town court and sent to Schenectady County jail with bail set at $10,000.
