the connections for internet and phones have been interrupted many times during the past months...explanation from TWC that there

are

                                               "UNOFFICIAL OUTAGE" IN AREAS.....IN ROTTERDAM....

do they plan to find out what it is???...do they plan to give credit???

as an example.....my internet and phone was out for more than 24 hrs...yesterday.....came on sometime during the night...

has there been any official word or heads up to customers?????.....answer is NO....

when calling....tech says it is in the phone line....next time in modem....next time in cable wires....

for the money they charge this should not be an issue and no answer to the problem.....IT HAS TO BE RESOLVED..
