do they plan to find out what it is???...do they plan to give credit???
as an example.....my internet and phone was out for more than 24 hrs...yesterday.....came on sometime during the night...
has there been any official word or heads up to customers?????.....answer is NO....
when calling....tech says it is in the phone line....next time in modem....next time in cable wires....
for the money they charge this should not be an issue and no answer to the problem.....IT HAS TO BE RESOLVED..
No problems here at my Casa. I only have internet. I dumped all the rest of TW's garbage long time ago.

I have TWC phone and internet, but plan to dump the phone and rely on OOMA (internet phone $5 an month) soon. I only get about 10 calls on my home phone a week, and half of those are from Telemarketers.
I have noticed some dropouts in the last few weeks, but not more than 30 minutes

I READ A LITTLE ABOUT THIS.....YOU PAY SO MUCH AT THE BEGINNING TO GET EQUIPMENT....then what is the monthly fee??
Used to work there...the CS reps hate all of us and life itself. Such a miserable job. Good luck finding help that cares or wants to give a credit, sad but true.
