Yup.   Read it again on my Iphone.  The title of the article is single quotes, box replaced them with double quotes.  No need to apologize, you just need to read the title of the article correctly, then try to learn the difference between single and double quotes.  Or now that I read the full web article, box needs to add this part of the article title Former Powell Chief of Staff:.  Either way, box changed the context of the article heading.
