That is what town people have been asking at "the donut shop" lately
I have heard it from several sources. The police are playing Sgt. Schultz. He should just turn himself in and get it over with. One source told me that the 67 year old man later died. They never released his name so I could not verify it. He may not have died, you know how stories grow as they are passed from person to person. But assault with a pipe is pretty serious too. |

well if it really is who it 'appears' to be.......this person has connections. I honestly don't know why folks just aren't saying who it is? talk about 'cover up'. folks here obviously know....and all ya hear are crickets.  |

WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND....IS WHERE IS THE CLIFTON PARK LAW ENFORCEMENT? CAN THEY BE MANIPULATED TOO? ARE THEY PART OF THE COVER UP TOO?  THIS HAPPENED IN 2013!!!! BTW... luv the picture joeboxer.

so the guy that got bopped on the head dis not want the guy to be caught! It would be embarrassing. Hence the 5-10/in his 30's description! However, DMV records do not lie.
shhhhhhhhhhhhhh better file a "charge" against Joe Villano for asking questions too fast. The gazette will make it look like a criminal act and this will be hushed up! LOL! |

That is not true. This is not like a matter of someone stealing your hubcaps or throwing toilet paper on your shrubs on Halloween. This is a violent crime where a man was assaulted in his "castle" in the tranquility of Clifton Park. The crime is against the "people" and the officer can be the complainant. The guy may not want it to be public but like any other violent crime (rape, armed robbery, murder) the injured party does not need to "file" charges. The police file the charges. If the injured party does not want to testify then that is another matter. However, in normal places these things are not covered up as they are in Rotterdam. |
